To ensure optimal performance and reliable risk management, we recommend the following configurations for Burning Grid:
Minimum Requirements (Low-Risk Setup)
- Account size: $1,000 or more
- Leverage: at least 1:30
- Gold disabled (XAUUSD)
This setup is ideal for conservative trading. However, on small accounts, limited lot sizes can lead to relatively higher drawdowns due to rounding and position size limits.
Preferred Setup (Optimized Performance)
- Account size: $10,000 or more
- Leverage: 1:500
- All pairs enabled, including gold

While Markus coded Burning Grid, he was so kind to share with me early stage versions so that I became a witness of its development. I bought the EA and run it on a live account now for about 2 weeks. My personal thoughts of this EA: * It was developed to offer a maximum of diversification with controllable risk (max DD settings per pair), so no super wide SL or martingale which has the potential to blow the account like most Grid EAs. Most trades open and close quickly, what is in line with my trading style / expectations. * Good results so far on my IC Trading account - difficult periods may always come (thinking of the man with the orange hair…) but as long as risk is controllable there won’t be a „sudden death“ event * Burning Grid is extremely active with an awesome profit factor so far * Developer is always available for questions and open for feedback in the group chat, contributing a lot of his time for his and his clients‘ success * I know that the developer made this EA for his personal use and not for quick money by uploading scam (like many many others on MQL5). Of course future can never be predicted and strategies can become unprofitable from time to time, so I will from time to time update this review. But as of now, I’m very happy with Burning Grid. Contrary to a lot of EAs I tried (and there were many) I‘m of good hope that Burning Grid will remain as one of the EAs I’ll keep using long term.
